3. Products and Ecosystem
Soulbit represents the first operational materialization of the Sanmortech vision. As a user or partner within the ecosystem, you acknowledge that:

Every product in the ecosystem is born on a common infrastructure base to ensure speed of execution and technical control.
Our infrastructure is built under the pressure of complex environments like Latin America, characterized by fragmented banking and diverse regulations.
4. Use of Blockchain Technology
Blockchain is integrated into the Sanmortech stack as a strategic technological layer, not as a standalone product.
Purpose: It is used for efficient settlement, money programmability, and traceability.
Coexistence: It operates in seamless integration with traditional banking systems, financial APIs, and local payment rails
5. Intellectual Property
All rights to the proprietary technology developed by Sanmortech are reserved. This includes:
Financial Rails: The systems that route payments and ensure continuity.
Modular Blocks: Payment orchestration, event-driven automation, and scalable architecture.
Content: All insights, research, and technical maps provided through the platform.
6. Privacy and Data Protection
The processing of personal data within our infrastructure is governed by our Privacy Policy and Colombian Law 1581 of 2012. Sanmortech ensures:

Security: Infrastructure built to absorb complexity and ensure reliability.

Limitation of Liability

Behind the Scenes: We operate behind the scenes and do not compete in the visible product layer.
Infrastructure Resilience: While we design technology to order complex systems and avoid collapse, Sanmortech is not liable for external service interruptions caused by legacy infrastructures or fragmented local payment rails.
Third-Party Use: We are not responsible for the independent business operations of companies that build upon our reusable infrastructure.
Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Republic of Colombia. Any dispute arising from the use of our infrastructure or products shall be submitted to the competent courts in Colombia.
